Reitdieper 550 XL Sloop
The Reitdieper 550 XL is a beautiful sloop with a clinker hull.
Test report from Boottesten.nl: What really makes this family boat modern is the spacious interior with 2 consoles for a cooler and a sink, for example. The steering console is wide enough for two people or for you to steer next to your children.
This model has been replaced by the Marinaut 540.
This tender is also available with a round seating area and an enclosed console. At the front is a spacious round seating area where you can create a sunbed so you can also spend the night on this tender.
Due to the flat underwater hull, it is suitable for fast sailing with engines from 20 to 50 hp. That is why this tender is also used on large rivers where you have to take the current into account.
The boat is nicely stiff and lies like a block on the water, which is also due to the consoles in the middle that add extra stiffness. With the 20 hp at the transom, sailing is easy and carefree. But if you open the throttle fully, this combination can reach a top speed of about 25 kilometers per hour.

Specifications:
With central steering console.
Lots of space due to the length of 5.4 meters and a width of 2.2 meters.
Deep storage compartments in the benches and in the cockpit.
Only 40 centimeters draft and a clearance height of 90 centimeters so you can practically sail anywhere.
Deep black, white, gray, or blue polyester hull with a white cockpit inside (another RAL color is also possible). Polyester is low maintenance, relatively value-retaining, and any damages can be well repaired.
Black or beige colorfast cable trim (nice protective rope edge).
Black or gray cushion set. Diamonds luxury cushion set soft and supple with a metallic sheen with tiny diamond shapes and the look of fabric. Diamonds is extremely strong and has very high wear resistance. Diamonds also has very high color and light fastness. Waterproof, resistant to low temperatures (-23ºC), antibacterial, anti-fungal, stain-resistant treatment, anti-static, easy to clean, flame retardant.

Removable sun deck with cushion in the same fabric and color as the cushion set. This way you can enjoy the sun to the maximum by easily converting the front into a large sun deck.
On the bunk cushions, you can also sunbathe on the backside.
Folding bimini top with windows, so you can enjoy the sun, rain, and wind. The fitted cockpit cover provides complete closure against dirt and moisture when you are not sailing.
The roll-up windscreen ensures nice cooling. The cover is easy to attach with snap buttons. The fabric has low moisture absorption and is UV resistant.
Frogs in stainless steel (rust-resistant steel) for mooring the sloop to the quay.
Stainless steel towing eyes for extra fun, for example with a tow ring.
Stainless steel trailer eye for towing or trailing the sloop. The sloop can be easily transported with a sloop trailer due to its weight of 550 kilograms. So you can enjoy a weekend sailing in Friesland or the Moselle, for example.
Anchor hatch: nice place at the front of the sloop to safely store your anchor out of sight.
A step on both the port and starboard side makes it easy to get in and out.
The sloop complies with the Pleasure Craft Act. The strict CE requirements are also met for stability, buoyancy, steering properties, electrical system, and fire safety.
CE approved design category D (!) for 6 people with a load capacity of 650 kilograms.

The following speeds are based on the slightly smaller model, the Clever 52 sloop :) Choose a 15 hp engine for a speed of up to 20 kilometers per hour (4 people 15 kilometers per hour, no license required) or 20 hp engine (25 kilometers per hour, with 2 people 19 kilometers per hour), with 30 hp (additional cost of 1,495) a speed of 35 to 40 kilometers per hour. Or even 40 hp: 2 people 43 kilometers per hour. 50 hp over 50 kilometers per hour.
*Tip: Silent electric sailing with even better sailing properties, higher reliability, no maintenance and ultimately lower costs. With 4 people you can sail with 1 kWh at a speed of 7 kilometers per hour.
