Ferretti 175 Fly from 1996 in very good general condition and currently in service to serve high-level hotel clients, which gives an idea of the care, presence and level of maintenance with which it is found. Spanish flag, always on List 6, with VAT deducted at origin. The published price is plus VAT, deductible if the activity is maintained in List 6. Currently dispatched for 12 people in Zone 4, with ITB passed in 2026 and navigation permit in force until 2030.

It is a motor yacht of 17.45 m in total length and 16.45 m in documentation; distributed in a large living room with 3 different areas, two cabins with two separate beds, a shipowner's cabin with a large centered bed and a crew cabin, all of them with a bathroom. Equipped with 2 MTU 12V 183 TE engines of 1,015 hp each, with approximately 2,500 hours. Both engines revised in 2026 and starboard engine completely redone. Mounts 4-blade propellers, bow propeller and Propspeed treatment on propellers, codasts and rudders.

Fuel capacity of 3,400 liters, fresh water 750 liters and waste tank of 260 liters. It incorporates a diesel generator, water treatment plant, hydraulic walkway, electric anchor windlass, electric stern mooring winches, life raft for 12 people, radio beacon, pyrotechnics and complete safety equipment. 2.5 m auxiliary with 3 hp outboard is included.

In electronics and navigation, the ship equips Raymarine plotter/GPS, radar, autopilot, probe, VHF and repeaters in indoor and flybridge positions. In the photographs you can see Raymarine instrumentation in both positions, as well as electronic engine controls, a very complete electrical panel, consumption controls, battery system and general monitoring of the boat.

The main government position offers a very careful classic aesthetic, with wooden Ferretti paneling, excellent visibility and a very elegant presentation. The flybridge has a second full command station, seats, solarium area, refrigerator and bimini, making it an ideal space for both navigation and anchored enjoyment. In the bow it also has a large solarium area, while aft we find a generous bathtub with seats, retractable table, shower, bathing ladder and large platform. The bathtub teak is in very good condition and the exterior set conveys a distinguished and professional image. In addition, it has protective covers for windshields and side windows.

Inside, the traditional quality of Ferretti finishes stands out, with wood in perfect condition, a lot of stowage capacity, large closets in cabins, numerous drawers and well-resolved furniture for intensive use or life on board. The kitchen, located on the lower level, is spacious and very well equipped, with a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of work surface. In the living room we also find a minibar-type refrigerator and flat television. The boat has air conditioning and inverter central heating.

It has 4 electric toilets, bidets, built-in sinks and showers with circular screens. The interior carpet and all the upholstery have been renovated in 2026, which significantly improves the feeling of an updated boat ready to continue working or enjoying immediately. It also incorporates dehumidifiers in each bathroom.
