An eighth share of the running costs

This yacht is delivered including:

• Williams Jet-tender
• Selection of water-toys (water skis, wakeboards, snorkeling gear, banana boat)
• Complete safety and life saving appliances
• Spare propellers and shaft (to minimise possible down time)
• Fresh watermaker
• Bow and stern thrusters
• Gyro stabiliser
• Establishment of ownership structure, flag registration etc.
• Complete fitting-out

The yearly contribution to the operating costs is budgeted to be €60,370 including IVA, which covers:

• Maintenance of ownership structure
• Statutory charges (tonnage tax, renewal of registration certificates, cruising permit, safety certificates etc.)
• Yearly haul-out, antifouling etc.
• Yacht insurances (yacht, Protection & Indemnity (P&I), crew welfare & legal costs)
• Mooring fees at home port (Port Adriano, Mallorca)
• Salary and related expenses for qualified captain and hostess (uniform, training, travel etc.)
• Turn-around service
• Communication
• Scheduled/daily service and maintenance of yacht and equipment
• Frequent minor repairs and/or replacement due to normal tear/wear/handling.
• Yacht management fee @15% + IVA
