Kriter V is a monohull sailboat designed for offshore racing. It is known for having Michel Malinovsky on board, who finished second in the 1978 Route du Rhum, behind Mike Birch on his trimaran Olympus Photo, by only 98 seconds. The following year, under the control of Malinovsky, joined by Pierre Lenormand, the monohull took part in the 1979 double-handed Transat, where it came fourth.
The vessel has been entirely restored over 3 years, from the keel to the mast, with many sponsors, and it has now gained more comfort, thanks to numerous modern fittings.
