What is EasyMLS?
EasyMLS is a European multiple-listing service and CRM for yacht brokers, dealers, yards, charter companies and private owners. You keep one professional listing, share it with the network when you choose, and can distribute the same listing to classifieds sites.
It is not a public consumer marketplace with a browsable catalog of every boat. Individual listings can be public; the working inventory stays in the professional MLS.
Who is EasyMLS for?
Yacht brokers, boat dealers, shipyards, charter companies and private owners who need a structured listing and a way to cooperate. EasyMLS is built for professionals first, with owner accounts that can list a boat without running a brokerage.
If you only need a one-off classifieds ad and no file, a portal slot may be enough. If you need status, photos, co-brokerage and distribution together, you want an MLS.
Does EasyMLS replace classifieds sites?
No. EasyMLS is the professional record and the MLS. Classifieds sites remain a discovery channel. EasyMLS can publish listings to partner sites so you do not maintain a separate ad for each one.
Think of classifieds as the shop window and EasyMLS as the stock book. Removing the stock book because the window works is how inventories go stale.
How does listing distribution work on EasyMLS?
You complete the yacht in EasyMLS, then send it through the distribution feed to partner classifieds sites. One change to price, photos or status can update the outbound ads. You still follow each site’s own rules for what they accept.
Distribution is only as clean as the source file. Incomplete specifications and weak photos become weak ads everywhere at once — which is why the MLS record comes first.
Is there a public boat catalog on EasyMLS?
EasyMLS does not publish a public list of every boat for sale. Individual boat pages can be indexed. The working catalog lives inside the MLS for members. That is a product choice, not a missing page.
Buyers and cooperating brokers access inventory through membership and shared links, not through an open classifieds homepage on EasyMLS.
How do I start with EasyMLS?
Create an account, add or import a yacht, and complete the file before you distribute. EasyMLS has a free starting point so you can see the listing workflow before you pay to publish outward.
