Yacht & boat listing distribution to 16+ portals

EasyMLS distribution publishes a yacht or boat you entered once to 16+ listing portals, which together reach about 32 million buyers a year. You choose the portals, free or paid, boat by boat. When you change the price or the photos in EasyMLS, the portal listings follow.

What is listing syndication for yachts?

Listing syndication means sending one boat record to several advertising portals automatically instead of typing it into each one. It saves hours per boat and avoids portals showing different prices or out-of-date photos for the same yacht.

In EasyMLS the source of truth is the inventory record; portals receive copies of it.

Which portals can I publish to?

EasyMLS connects to more than 16 portals, a mix of international marketplaces and national classifieds sites, free and paid. You activate the portals you already use or subscribe to, then tick them on each boat.

Paid portals still need your own account with that portal; EasyMLS handles the publishing.

What happens when a boat is sold?

Mark the boat as sold or withdrawn in EasyMLS and the listings EasyMLS publishes are withdrawn from the connected portals. You do not have to log in to each portal, and buyers stop calling about a boat that is no longer available.

The boat stays in your inventory history with its owner and deal, so the record is not lost.

Where do the enquiries go?

Enquiries from portals arrive in the EasyMLS CRM, attached to the boat they are about. You see which portal each lead came from and follow it up from the same screen as the listing.

Knowing which portals bring real buyers helps you decide which paid subscriptions to keep.
