Yacht sales CRM for brokers

The EasyMLS CRM is a customer relationship manager built around the yacht and boat, not around a contact list. Owners, buyers, cooperating brokers, follow-ups, contracts and invoices are attached to the boat they concern, so the whole history of a sale is in one place.

How is a yacht CRM different from a generic CRM?

A generic CRM is organised around people and companies. In yacht brokerage the boat is what connects everyone: one owner, many buyers, sometimes a co-broker. EasyMLS links every contact, task and document to the boat, so you open the boat and see the whole deal.

Contacts still have their own profile, with every boat they own or are interested in.

Can I follow my deals in a pipeline?

Yes. Each deal moves through stages from first enquiry to closing, with the boat, the buyer and the seller attached. You see at a glance which deals need a follow-up and which are close to contract.

Tasks and reminders are created from the deal, so a follow-up is never only in your head.

Does the CRM handle contracts and invoices?

Yes. Contracts can be prepared from templates or your own documents, sent for electronic signature and stored on the deal. Invoices are created from the same data, so names, boat details and amounts are not typed twice.

Signed documents stay attached to the boat and the deal for later reference.

Does it connect to my email and calendar?

Yes. EasyMLS connects to Gmail, Outlook and other mailboxes to bring buyer enquiries into the CRM, and syncs meetings with your Google, Outlook or Apple calendar. You keep working in your usual tools; the CRM keeps the record.

Only the conversations about boats and clients need to be in the CRM; you decide what is imported.
