MLS network
Private yacht MLS & co-brokerage
The EasyMLS MLS is a private network where yacht professionals share listings with each other to sell together. The listing broker decides who sees each boat and stays the listing broker. Cooperating brokers bring buyers; the co-brokerage happens on the platform instead of in scattered emails and messages.
What is a yacht MLS?
An MLS (multiple listing service) is a shared database of boats for sale that professionals use to cooperate. A broker lists a boat once; other brokers can present it to their buyers and split the commission. EasyMLS is an independent MLS built for yachts and boats.
It is a professional tool, not a public marketplace: the public sees your portal listings, professionals see the MLS.
How does co-brokerage work on EasyMLS?
You choose which boats to share and with whom. A cooperating broker sees the full file, including specifications and photos, and contacts you to present the boat. You stay the listing broker and the relationship with the owner stays yours.
Agree the commission split with the cooperating broker before the first viewing, as you would off the platform.
Is my listing visible to everyone on the network?
No. Sharing is private by default and you control it boat by boat. You can share with specific professionals you trust, and stop sharing at any time. The relationship with the owner stays yours.
Private, shared with professionals, and published to portals are three separate levels of visibility.
Why use an independent MLS instead of a portal?
A portal is built to reach buyers; an MLS is built for professionals to work together. With an independent MLS, your listings and your network are not tied to a single advertising subscription, and you still publish to the portals you choose.
Many brokers use both: the MLS for cooperation, portals for public reach.
