What is a yacht inventory in EasyMLS?
It is the list of boats your company has for sale or charter, each stored as one structured file: builder, model, year, dimensions, engines, equipment, location, price, VAT status and photos. Every other EasyMLS tool reads from that file instead of keeping its own copy.
When the price or the photos change, you change them once. The MLS, the portals and the CRM show the new version.
How do I add a boat quickly?
Fill in the boat form once, or start from an existing listing document and let EasyMLS pre-fill the fields for you to check. Photos are uploaded in bulk and can be reordered. A boat can be saved as a draft and completed later.
The owner is attached to the boat as a CRM contact, so the listing and the seller conversation stay together.
Are listings available in several languages?
Yes. EasyMLS generates the listing and the client reports in 8 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Polish. The specifications stay identical in every language; only the text changes.
One record per boat means buyers in different markets always see the same facts.
Who can see my inventory?
Only your team, until you decide otherwise. Each boat can stay private, be shared with trusted professionals on the MLS, or be published to portals. Those are three separate choices and you make them boat by boat.
Changing one does not change the others: a boat can be on the MLS without being on any portal.
