How to list a boat on several portals from one entry
To list a boat on several portals at once, enter it once in a platform that syndicates to those portals. With EasyMLS you create the listing one time and publish it to 16+ connected portals, including Band of Boats, Yachtall, Scanboat, YachtWay, Batoo, BateauAVendre.fr and eBay, plus the free YachtListing.com marketplace. Price, photo and status changes then update on every portal. YachtWorld and Boat24 are not connected today and still need their own entry.

How does publishing to several portals from one entry work?
You enter the boat once in EasyMLS with its specs, photos, price and description, select the portals, and EasyMLS sends the listing to each one in the format it expects. When you change the price or mark the boat sold, the update goes to every portal.
EasyMLS translates the listing into 8 languages, so a French broker’s listing reaches German or Spanish buyers in their own language.
Enquiries from the portals come back into the EasyMLS CRM, so you answer buyers from one inbox.
What is the difference between syndication and manual posting?
Manual posting means retyping the boat on each portal and updating each ad by hand. Syndication means one listing file feeding every portal automatically. For more than a handful of boats or portals, syndication saves hours per listing and avoids ads with outdated prices.
| Manual posting | Syndication with EasyMLS | |
|---|---|---|
| Data entry | Once per portal | Once |
| Price change | Edit every ad | Edit once, pushed to all portals |
| Boat sold | Remove each ad by hand | Marked sold everywhere |
| Languages | Write each version yourself | Auto-translated into 8 languages |
| Buyer enquiries | One inbox per portal | One CRM inbox |
| Risk of errors | Outdated prices and duplicate ads | One source of truth |
Can I list a boat on YachtWorld, Boat24 and Band of Boats from one place?
Band of Boats, yes: it is connected to EasyMLS. YachtWorld and Boat24 are not connected today, so you still post there directly. Most brokers publish to the connected European portals from EasyMLS and keep one direct subscription where they need it.
Is YachtListing.com free?
Yes. YachtListing.com is the free-to-list marketplace powered by EasyMLS. Listings published from EasyMLS can appear there at no extra cost.
Do I need an EasyMLS account to publish to several portals?
Yes. You create a free EasyMLS account, add your boat once, then choose the portals. Portal subscriptions, where they apply, are shown before you publish.
