EasyMLS partners with AYB Yachts to open co-brokerage across the Mediterranean

EasyMLS today announced a partnership with AYB Yachts giving its member brokers direct access to the EasyMLS private co-brokerage network, shared inventory and distribution to the major marine portals from a single listing.

Under the agreement, AYB member brokers can publish their inventory once and make it visible both inside the private network, where other professionals can propose co-brokerage, and across the partner portals where buyers search. Listings remain under the control of the listing broker at all times.

Yacht brokerage remains a fragmented business in which the same boat is frequently re-entered by hand into several systems. The partnership is intended to remove that duplication for AYB members while giving them access to a wider pool of buyers through the network.

AYB member brokers will start onboarding in September, ahead of the Cannes Yachting Festival and the Monaco Yacht Show, where both companies will be present.
